Wine is like a lover whom one day you fall in love with. It starts off innocently and without much thought. All you know is that you enjoyed the experience. The next thing you know, you start to question why you need to understand this romance. Does the mind want to understand the passion or does the passion inspire your mind to understanding. Who can say? All you know is that you are in love.
My wish for you is that you will fall in love... And if not in love, at the very least infatuated, excited and eager to know more… about wine.
