A tasket a tisket a delicious organic brisket

Brisket w/ 2000 Haut Bergey, Pessac-leognan may not be YOUR 1st choice to pair with Marc's mom's famous brisket recipe nor would it be mine but this memorial day weekend while most were BBQing and enjoying a traditional Burger we had a traditional Passover dish, minus the seder. THE WINE STOLE THE SHOW sorry Carol (Carol is Marc 's mom). If you are looking for a wine that is drinking great and is perfectly balanced look no further the 2000 Haut Bergey is your baby (aka wine).

Fowl play at Marc "Forge" Forgione restaurant NYC

I always felt that chef Scott Bryan made the best chicken in NYC, until last night.... chef Marc Forgione now takes the title as "BEST CHICKEN" ... but that was not the only great dish on the menu, the lobster app was beyond tasty, it's a must have if you should go... the wine list was impressive and so was the atmosphere... here are the wines we had with our fabulous “chicken in a pot”
