When/Where tasted: last night my dining room with friends.

Relationships and Wine Rating: 7 1/2 = If this wine were a person you would have enjoyed their company immensely and would want to continue dating them... just like those rare people you meet that everyone likes...this wine too has the same characteristics. Extremely delightful... I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying it.

Price: $179.99

Comments: This wine is great with cheese, in particular Piave cheese and/or dark chocolate... as well as a main course, pasta with wild boar sausage would be my choice.

Relationships & Wine Rating : 6 1/2 = if this wine were a person, it would be one of my best buddy's... could have it everyday....

Comments: Champagne goes great with, truffle-flavored popcorn, chocolate, cupcakes and especially fries! Most people are familiar with Veuve Clicquot which is an okay champagne, but why settle for "okay" when you can have a really good and affordable Bubbly!

If interested in experiencing NV Billecart- Salmon for yourself, OR better yet, why not do a "side by side" blind tasting of the NV Billecart- Salmon and the Veuve Clicquot and decide for yourself? Whichever you choose I'd love to hear your comments.
